Clients Maybe we're just lucky, but most of our clients end up becoming good friends. It's not uncommon that calls with a client end up taking an extra 10 or 15 minutes as we catch up on news unrelated to work. While it just makes good business sense to have that kind of relationship with your clients, it isn't why we do it. If a client is a night owl and works until 2:00 am, he knows he can call the founder to have some questions answered. If the board wants to see a new site with a new focus by the first of next week, we work through the weekend to get it done. We go above and beyond because a part of us is in every company we work for. Their success is our success.
